These are well built and work great. I use a vice to clamp them onto the wiring and they are very sturdy. Nicely made and easy to work with. Convenient package of quality components.
Cons
These are extremely thin metal, and not well matched with the cross-sectional area of #8 wire.

For a good connection you will need crimpers or a crimp device to properly secure the wire to the connector
