Pros
Battery ground to chassis, chassis ground to block, and alternator to battery. Then grounded to the negative battery terminal and got less whine.
This help takes that low humming or hissing noise out. No noticeable deterioration in sound quality, either. Plugged the male ends of the isolator into the amp and the female ends to the rca cables.
Cons
Did not fix the hum on my sub--got worse (louder) with this item. Clearly a cash grab. Not worth the hassle of returning it.

It did get ride of my ground loop noise coming out of my sub channel

But and its a big but this did kill the low low sub frequencys

I couldnt use the subwoofer within a splitter still ground noise but once i figured out i was able to use it in the subwoofer port and the 2nd channel from the pyle amp causing the ground loop was getting ground loop and computer interference issues before but now its all gone only upclose to the dj speaker i could hear a lil bit of noise still but its not as wayyyy bad as it was before

To those who say this does not work check all your other connections especially your grounds first

I have a gm gmt800 a vehicle thats known for alternator noise especially when going to an aftermarket headunit using the bose amplifier
