Pros & Cons
Pros
The rice comes out perfectly cooked each time, it's moist, fluffy, and soft.
Some parts can be put in the dishwasher. On the old rosewell that vent is a 2 piece item with lots of crevices that need to be cleaned. Steamer basket and basin are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
What an actual lifesaver this gadget is! The cooker has eight different functions which makes it extremely versatile. Only downside is that the carb reduce setting doesn't really work great.
Carb and sugar reducer is a nice extra, especially for those who are health conscious. It's great for meal prepping for the gym and for a low carb diet. It only takes 40 minutes--which tbh is less than my panasonic took on regular rice.
This review is for the 20-cup rice/multigrain cooker. Includes a measuring cup and a rice spoon. Carb reducing technology without compromising taste or texture.
Cons
The amount of water it instructs you to use is wrong. How is that draining the carbs off answer me that.
This rate misleads customers. Will return it. Finally gave up and returned.
The * are annoying but the flaking pot is a dealbreaker. I am not sure if it's cus of the ventilation, but i cannot stand this anymore.

Price
I bought it @ a sale and great for cooking rice.
Cant ask for more at the price.
But if u have an old rice cooker might as well just keep your old one and save u some money, just buy a steam basket.
Competitiveness
Compare to the asian counterparts, this is way affordable and the size is just nice.
