It only brews a few tablespoons at a time. There is still a drip which then burns on the heated base that you put the pot on.

We love the slim profile and ease of use.

It's kind of bad that instapot advertises a product with a carbon water filter but there is no way of replacing it.

Price

For $70 bucks this was a really good buy.

It’s about a $55 coffee maker in my opinion.

This simpler unit seems a bit more reliable but is still rather pricey.

Other than that i think this is a great quality machine that came well packaged that makes a fine cup of joe.

Most of the poor reviews are for this more expensive 3in1 machine.
