Pros
The instant pot milk frother does an excellent job producing a thick froth with either warm or cold milk. Froth for latte, froth for cappuccino, and heating up milk. The form frothing modes also work well.
It has 4 features that all work differently. Very pleased with the product. Very happy with this purchase.
Cons
Buyer beware. Very dissatisfied. Ended up returning.
Instant brand customer service team just emails, going back and forth on this matter, without taking any action. Can't get hold of product support. No warranty or instructions.

The very best in heating, frothing and easy to clean.
The latest was the whisk stopped spinning 3 months after the warranty expired!
5 months down the road and it will not froth the milk, and the heating element does not seem to work either.
Price
It saves me about $7 a day not having to go out and buy a latte from a coffee shop so truly it's an investment.
I had it on my gift list forever and was glad to snag it at the same price.

Came the next day i ordered it.
Liked that it came quick, was easy to use and communication by seller was good when we asked to return it.
Packaging/appearance
Please include this tool in the frother package.

I ended up with mcilpooc that i bought from amazon.
I bought this to replace an older appliance that cost about double.

This was on me as i never followed up with instant after my original complaint so i just dealt with the issue of the whisk falling off intermittently

I reached out to instant this time and followed through with my complaint and provided what they asked for in terms of pictures and video and i just learned that they are going to ship me a new unit as a goodwill gesture

How do you keep the little spinner in place i find mine doesn’t click in…so when i get it to work and spin then pour creamer into my coffee it falls into my cup
