Pros
It is pricey, but it's a great indulgence. It is on the expensive side - but most salon brands are. Very manageable too.
Has a mild but pleasant fragrance. Not much of a scent, but plenty of moisturizer.

I straighten my hair often and my hair tends to be dry. I live in the south and it is so humid here. This product helps tame my crazy hair keeping it looking hydrated.
it goes on easily, lathers well and rinses out without too much work. Just enough moisturizer to add a little softness without weight. I like this shampoo and to me it felt like it was a thicker formula and lather.

This is the best shampoo i have used, the entire line has been great for many years.
I like this shampoo cuz i have very damaged and over processed hair and it seems to work pretty good!
Hair is crunchy at first when drying but the curls loosen up and my hair feels moisturized.
My hair brushes out much better when wet after consistent use.
Price
It works perfectly and is half the price from amazon than going to the hair salon.
I am absolutely shocked by how affordable this one bottle is for how great the quality.
I would expect to pay at least $25 for this.
It is pricey, but it's a great indulgence.

I have tried just about every brand from drug store to the top.
A couple of years ago i had some hair loss and had to switch to another brand that promotes hair growth.
I used a different brand conditioner, but i imagine i’d have even better results with paul mitchell conditioner.

I used this on my hair and its now a lifeless oil slick but my hair is more on the normal to slightly dry side

As i was using it i felt the telltale 34feel34 of glycerin as a component and sure enough i checked the ingredients and its there
