Pros

No webbing between cups, so it's easy to pop out the cooked item. Perfect muffins (except for the rounded bottoms, lol) cleaned in the dishwasher.

Cons

Tried it tonight and found the silicone dragged along inside of pot. It's being returned. I know it’s this steamer tray because i’ve done the same thing with potatoes with the metal tray that came with my instant pot.
