Pros

Mesh steamer baskets are great for steaming vegetables and seafood. The baskets are built well, they are sturdy. They seem great but too big for a 3 qt.

Good quality not too bad to clean if using a bristle brush-like a toothbrush. Smaller one makes a good strainer for cleaning smaller items under running water, like berries, cherry tomatoes.

They look as pictured. Seems durable since they are metal.

Cons

It is so small it is a complete waste of an 8qt pot! This is listed as small official mesh steamer basket and compatible with 6 quart & 8 quart cookers. Usable volume if stacked is laughable in 6.

The short one fits in the bowl by itself, but i have to fight to get the lid on. It never reaches pressurization. Not good for puddings or custards or flan.
