Pros

The lid seals on nicely. They do what they say they will do. Not flimsy. They're sturdy and easy to clean and store.

Trivit is easy to remove (with a towel) after use. I make sure that the silicone handles face the opposite direction of the metal handles. The only thing i wish is that its handles folded down.

Cons

The handles are now spot welded to the rack at a 90 degree angle. This makes low rack useless. Metal finishing is rough and unsafe.

This was much more expensive on amazon canada than the usa (even with the currency exchange), so i purchased it here.

I accidentally threw away my inner rack along with the chicken bones.

I did use once for salmon and was pleased with the results.
