Only issue is the clutsy way the lid is. Technically you really need to go up to 15 psi for safe canning in my elevation which my old one did not.

Works so much faster and easy to use love the autorelease don't have to touch and the touch screen is great.
Technically you really need to go up to 15 psi for safe canning in my elevation which my old one did not.
My only issue is the clutsy way the lid is and that you do not have a manual way of releasing the pressure.

I cannot believe the deal, thank you amazon!
