Follow the suggested temp and time or they will be undercooked - 1 hour with room temp eggs - or goo. The food that it makes is worth any inconvenience. Easily recommend to anyone interested in sous vide cooking.
It heats up the water bath reasonably quickly and keeps a constant temp as well as recirculation. Keeps the water at the correct temp and * easily to my canning pot. Creamiest thing ever!
Everything fits perfectly. Works exactly as advertised. Will be experimenting further.

The low end steaks i bought took six hours to cook and break down to chewable.
That way it takes much less power to keep the water at the proper temperature and you don't lose any water to evaporation on a long cook.

I live in a 7 storey apt building and more often than not, the delivery person leaves a note saying i wasn't home, which is total nonsense.
Letter delivery is declining so i would think that parcel delivery is going to be one of their main sources of revenue.

I can't compare it with any other sous-vide circulator since this is my first time owning/ using one.

I use a small piece of wood between the clamp and the container to move the circulator a little further out into the water column

I would note that the noise produced and the heating time required are both impacted by the type of water bath to which the circulator is attached

Im a horrible cook on the stove top so i have never really found this mythical perfectly cooked steak before
