Pros

The recipes are decent sized and sere anywhere from 2 to 4. The instructions and ingredient list are clear and the pictures are inviting. I also enjoyed the sauces the basil pesto sauce makes an easy weeknight dinner for my family of 4.

Foolproof recipes takes all the guesswork out of my choices. This book also has great tips on preparing your food, smoothies tips, and using a blender. The hardcover book itself is small but well made.

Cons

For soy milk they say to use 4. Same boiling over. The cover “authorized by instant pot”.

I admire they're effort, but it's hard to get excited about a cookbook that screams "get a hotplate and a blender.
