Customer service is really the downfall of this product. It seems like some people are very happy with theirs and then there are others of us that have models in which the motor is not very powerful.

It is 100% the wiring or whatever system they have internally that refuses to let this thing have power. They need to fix this asap!

Blender stopped functioning by august. Used only 3 times. That's why i'm returning this. But you’ve been warned.

The program starts and stops several times to scrub the blender on the inside. Self cleaning mode is basically useless. Save your money, buy a cheap oster blender from your favorite mart.
