No trouble to clean does all that it says it does but i cant be bothered to saute in it i find its quicker to do it if necessary in the frying pan

Its nice and hot when you first start using it but it quickly cools down and doesnt get hot enough again which is a real pain if you are trying to brown some meat before cooking

May be i am still learning how to use it but still i feel its bit complicated and there are stain on the lid inside i am confused about the stains after washing properly its gone but when water is there i can see the stains
