I like that you can do a variety of things with this product.
It's really easy to use as well, with the steam release and all the different settings.

I got a defective unit back in april and in july it spontaneously released all pressure while on low pressure mode boiling eggs

It made a loud bang and when i opened the lid the ring was hanging off as though it had unseated itself

I contacted support and stated that i believe the ring is faulty and not the machine

They immediately sent me a replacement ring and said that i should contact them if it doesn’t fix the issue and that they would then replace the machine itself

This morning i contacted support again and after relaying the story they immediately said they would replace the unit no questions asked
