Pros
If you want the probiotics in a yoghurt to multiply, temperature is important. It comes with two lid seals. Used properly it is much safer than stove.
Cons
I like cooking soup in it but the pot pits every time i use it. No utensil touches the inside and i dont use salt which can cause pitting. Amazon is great and are refunding me for both the instant pot and the spare seals i purchased.
The product is too big for me to use. My roasts end up dry in the middle whereas in my previous slow cooker it was moist through out. If you just want a pressure cooker this is fine, but i still have to use my real slow cooker for slow cooking.
