This makes the most tender juiciest meats, it also does really good on soups and stews, i use it all the time

Honestly all the extra features and pre-sets are extremely unnecessary.

However - this model does not allow for zero minutes setting.

It is a little expensive, but it's very well made.

I called amazon support explained everything and asked if they can send a replacement and they sure did with 3 days.

I didn't have any issues with the shipping or the product.
