It’s pretty disappointing. It seems like a lot of effort to get started and then to have to deal with a faulty part from the beginning is pretty disheartening. Had to send it back with frayed nerves.
Steam starts leaking out the sides of the lid. Water starts pouring out, which raises high safety concern.

It is easy to clean and sturdy.
Even with high heat and many washing, the gasket has not stretched out or shown signs of wear.
Whereas it takes 20 minutes to cook rice on the stove not counting the time it takes to boil water it takes 5 minutes in a pressure cooker.
Price
This pot will cost half as much to use, recouping the purchase price from your power bill in a very short span of time.

The instant pots feature the ability to pull the electricity only when needed unlike the other two puts i tried first that used twice as much power
