I had originally bought an accessory kit here on amazon but the spring from pan that came with the kit was very thin and i knew it wouldnt be tall enough to make the cheesecake that i wanted

I knew the pan was made of silicone but still i thought i might have made a mistake since it dawned on me after i pulled it from the box that the sides would not be stiff and i was concerned that it would not work that well

For the glass bottom i would put wax paper

I had to carefully cut through the glass bottom and the crust to get the cake off using a cake cutter
