This is my second ip appliance, my first being the 6 quart instant pot. My initial hesitation or issue is that i have limited space to store small appliances, so, i decided to do a 2-for-1.

One pot, easy to clean, and the flavor that the recipes maintain is incredible. They taste so much better than canned, and are cheaper so this is a big plus. It crisps up food really nicely.

I find it awkward, frustrating, messy and not a time saver. My insta pot is already dead.

The taste of the food is identical to that of a slower cooker. Other features are just chilli (dries out the recipe), soup (over-cooks so veggies are mushy), steamer (does not get the moisture balance correct) and no yogurt program.
