The only flaw that i can nitpick for my particular model of the instant pot is that if i need to use the manual setting & adjust the timing significantly, i may need to hold down the button for a long time, when it starts to increase/decrease in 10-minute increments, i can easily go past my desired cooking time.  Read Less
