Pros

It's easy to clean and i love that the whisk is magnetic so there is no * or clicking it in. The pot is from stainless steel, so no teflon particles that over time end up in your digestive system for ever. The pitcher can go in the dishwasher.

This frothing cup is stainless steel. It takes 4 minutes to complete the frothing. Yes it takes a little longer to heat my milk for a latte but the froth is out of this world.

It says in the instructions to start with cold fresh milk, and it also gives information on how well different kinds of "milk" will foam.

Cons

This thing is horrible. Basically title. Incredibly disappointed. Very disappointed.

It is advertises as turning off automatically when it's ready. It takes forever!

Eventually (six months) the magnet that holds the frothing spiral wire in place weakens and it no longer froths my milk.

I got it when the one i've had for five years gave out, due to the spinning part getting frozen and no longer spinning.

The frother is not inexpensive so i was disappointed.

Competitiveness

I put it on the max froth setting (with 2% milk) and get the thickest, most beautiful froth ever - better than any coffee shop even.

For years i have been using the capresso milk frother that has a similar design.

Keurig and some of the other well rated brands did not even compare to the density of foam i was able to achieve with just one round.

Makes other frothers pale in comparison - especially nespresso’s.
