It is a non stick surface and cleanup is a breeze.
So far i have cooked chicken breast, pork chops, and lamb chops using it, with great results.
I prefer to pan fry a steak in a cast iron skillet but when lazy i use this.
Can just barely can hold 2 average size steaks.
