Pros
This is my favorite way to cook steaks since i’m not great with grilling. Bought this to use in my instant vortex air fryer 6qt. My oven now holds my frying pans.
The only negative is it isn't dishwasher safe. Cleans up easy. Makes cleanup much easier and i think using it will prolong the finish inside the fryer.
The drip tray alone makes a nice omelette. It catches drippings from meatloaf, salmon and other similar foods. The kabob spits are great too.
This is one of my most used accessory. I hope soon there will be something that fits perfectly.
Cons
Non-stick coating is peeling off the bottom tray after 3 months. Part of the problem is the rounded corners which cuts the usable space from 7 inches to about 5.

The sticks aren’t the longest but that’s because of the basket size with larger meat pieces we do find four is the limit but you can do five if you turn them a couple of times

I actually bought this pan for a special streamed food not for instantpot fryer or cake
