Highlights
Quality
It’s very well made and durable, easy to use and has a nice comfortable handle
Quality seems great, it is very solid and fairly well balanced.
After a month of moderate use, this knife remains sharp and thin enough to slice easily.
I have used it almost everyday for about 3 weeks and it has continued to sliceconsistently well.

Competitiveness
The quality seems close to my kyocera knife from japan.
I"m not sure if that's a good comparison but i'm thinking a ceramic knife should hold an edge for a long time.
I do wish that american manufacturers would find other places to have their goods manufactured.
