Highlights
Quality
After using it, i’m quite impressed with the quality.
I was really surprised at the quality of the knife.
The quality seems close to my kyocera knife from japan.
Just bad quality control, often the case at theses factories.
Price
Holds the edge, of course, and goes right in the dishwasher, and the price is right for a high quality kitchen knife.
- the price is low, for the price it is a decent knife for fruits and vegetables.

I’m tired of sharpening steel blades every few days and this ceramic serrated blade is wonderfully sharp and is filleting my tomatoes in grand style😍one tip from a chef friend if you use the plastic knife guard be certain to insert the knife so the serrated edge does not touch the edge or rub against the guard

It would have been nice if they offered a version for us left handed people or made it for ambidextrous use
