Big, easy to clean, nice design, and it's stainless steel. Bought to replace a simple toaster oven. No complaints with the results. Only complaint is the door is flimsy.

There's a trick to setting time & temp, but once you (i) get over the stubbornness and read the book, it’s actually quite simple. Just required a little experimenting to find the right temp and time for our fave brand of bacon.

The convection vibration makes the bottom crumb drawer come out. There were several washers, a metal spacer, and retaining nut found in the crumb tray rattling inside the oven.

This is ridiculous and wasteful. Future buyers beware. Amazon - no way to do business.

All of the preset temps and times have to be adjusted or the food is cold or overcooked. The plug in cord is super short, it makes it very difficult to plug and you cannot use an extender. The only setting that works accurately is the toaster setting....  Read More

The convection fan design is very poor. Why in the name of louis pasteur does this * thing turn the convection on? The metal circulating fan was no longer attached and found sitting on top of the upper heating coil.

The stainless exterior is of the absolute lowest grade and impossible to clean. Same goes for the interior, which is not of enamel or porcelain or any type of coating that can be cleaned. It takes a lot of experimentation to learn the times needed for...  Read More
