One minor downside is that the inner cooking pot sits loosely inside the outer element causing it to spin when stirring

After 30 minutes in the pressure cooker which is equivalent to 2 hours of boiling on a stove the meat was falling off the bone potatoes melting along with other vegetables and the flavor from all the herbs was beautiful

I didn’t mix anything just layered some tomato sauce in between my chicken potatoes at the bottom on a stainless steel little rack so the food doesn’t stick to the bottom it came with it and broth at the bottom
