Cons

Anything i leave in it dries out with this lid. Large amount of steam around the rim and drips water into the heating element. Just paid $16 for a dented lid.

Ordered a 3 qt. Package says 7. Buy the aftermarket version.

Quality is great, i dont use it just for the instantpot but for other pots and pans so very versatile.

I am now a big fan of pot in pot cooking with the insta pot.

At first it looked too small but i was comparing it with the pressure cooker lid.

We know that mealthy company went with the dodo bird.

Packaging/appearance

The hole in the lid allows my thermometer to touch the contents without removing the lid.

Competitiveness

Just saying the instant pot glass lid works fine on a mealthy for slow cooking.

If you have an instapot, you need this.

I tried using saran / plastic wraps & other see-thru covering but, not much luck in using.
