Wifi is nice but not a necessity. Easy to navigate app makes setting things up fast and easy even for the people who may not be tech-savvy. Have not yet used the bluetooth feature.
In each line, the model number denotes capacity in quarts. The smartcooker app also has a temperature hold function for quasi sous-vide cooking.

The smart cooker app interface is confusing and it took me a while to figure out that you had to click on the top bar which i thought was just advertising to see and download additional recipes
