Great low priced high quality unit. Also, wanted a slim, uncomplicated machine. Super fast and very easy to clean. Even loose tea is super easy to make.

Cons

It now just starts to brew and gives up. Leaves a puddle of water (not coffee) on my countertop. Keeps making weird noises, smoking, and dispensing mostly water.

Single serve makers we have owned over the years never make the hottest coffee so get a carafe unit if that is what you want.

Never leaks when i do that and i still get strong coffee.
