The lid fits my 8qt cooker precisely. The small vent allows some steam to escape, so i get the liquid reduction i'm looking for. I make homemade yogurt twice a week and it works perfect to store it overnight in the refrigerator.

This is a neccessary accoutrement for anyone's ip. Solidly built, fits perfectly. Worked great for our superbowl party.

Can not seal or stay on if bumped. Anything i leave in it dries out with this lid. Even tried soaking it in hot water before trying this last time.

I am so disappointed,and even more as i had them shipped to europe (where they are not on sale, i wonder why. Happened once. Returned it. Very disappointed. Apparently they just want to sell - no help at all, maybe no product pride either!
