After trying in vain to find a replacement i came to the hard reality that the slow cookers company is incredibly wasteful if they are willing for people having to replace a whole unit due to stoneware

I often have to manually push down on the lid to get a correct seal

The sealing ring also retains a heavy smell from previously cooked dishes and is difficult to remove
