Pros

More reliable than keurig brand in terms of longevity. I just hope this lasts longer than mykeurig. The reusable basket is the best i've used so far.

Bought this for myself and my husband. My only real complaint is the little sound it makes - i feel like it could be a little louder.

It doesn't take up a lot of room on my counter, it’s simple to use, and brews a cup of coffee fast. The bottom plate is removable so i can use my taller insulated cup. The water reservoir is smaller but sufficient.

Cons
