I recieved the instant xl slim 6 quart air fryer ive read so many horrible things on how bad the smell was like burnth rubber i was going cancel order but i wanted to see for myself so i recieved air fryer today i took it out of the box i took vinager window spray with lemon juice and dish washing soap and washed the air fryer with the mix i made than pit it in the fryer on about 15 mins than washed air fryer with mix i did agaiin about 4 times after last wash i put 2 potatoes on bake about 20 minutes as you know potatoe asorbs any smell left im happy to let you it worked beautifully oder free no more smell its a beautiful air fryer real compact but with pleanty space to cook sure happy i followed my own judgement im very happy i did and now im the ower of a great air fryer setting work with ease open drawer it stops close draw it continues where you left off and turns off when food is finished automatic hope this will help you all  Read Less
