Pros
The slow cooker is a must buy if you don't want to go out to buy a rice cooker and want to save huge. I’m excited to make some beef stew with slow cook function.
It’s so easy to use and make rice, dumplings, quinoa and even pancake. Makes good rice, cleans up easily.
The rice is nice and fluffy. Not too dry and not too wet, just perfect. The texture of the rice is perfect for us.
Cons
Rice cooker jumps off before the rice is cooked. Lid is attached and too much work to clean. Takes long time and multiple attempts to cook. Name is * - it has nothing to do with zesting.

It does make great rice so i’m am happy with the purchase.
I have only used it for white rice and steaming so far mind you, but very satisfied with the product.
The first one came cracked but i had zero problems with the replacement.
So far i am happy with the purchase, although i tried 3 options, rice , couscous and steam.
Shipping
Shipping fast and enjoy the rice cooker everyday, not big but good enough for small family.
Packaging/appearance
It would have been great if there was a handle or flap that could help remove the pot and a separate tight fitting lid.
Competitiveness
This one is just the right size and a major technical advance over the basic models.
All the features of the high end models weren't necessary.

Simplest thing to use ever put your rice and water turn it on and wait for it to be done

The only reason i gave it a 4 star is that if you want to remove the pot from the base for serving it doesn’t come out that easily and the lid doesn’t fit very well

It also means i always have to put the rice in another container to refridgerate it which is inconvenient at times

I dont think the control panel and display are as user friendly as they could be
