Pros

The 20oz fits great in my roller bag. It seems to keep my ice frozen and beverage cold.

Durable, stays cold for a long time. Keeps water cold overnight. Current lid is fine for walking or hiking.

Cons

Poor quality and poor customer service. Don't believe it. They still keep them colder than this bottle did. It feels very thin. Needs to be larger or smaller.
