Fujifilm x-h1 and x-t2 cards enable full 4k 10bit video recording on my camera. Canon r5 card is an integral cfast 128gb card, which also performs well. Bought for my panasonic s5 camera. Works ok on olympus em1x for stills.
There is a removable protector for the usb port. It's nicely designed, works well, and holds the sd/microsd cards in place securely.
This is fantastic. Works as advertised. Very happy.
Can't fault. Hope it lasts. More than expected. Will definitely be getting more of these.

I needed a usb3 card reader for uhs-ii sd cards, this fits the job and works great.

Even though it was busy as always doing some kind of not understood by me windows tasks updates it performedreading off the sd card at 60mbs and wrote at 30mbsi have never had this kind of speeds with an sd card reader before on this laptop

I used crystaldiskmark to test the speed of this reader compared to the 2018 onboard reader in my laptop and with the older cards there is a marginal gain in performance i expect this difference to be dramatic with uhsii cards a the onboard reader does not support those speeds

I bought this card reader as a means to future proof against new upcoming devices with uhsii but also to improve work flow by faster transfers to the computer
