Integrated therapeutics is an excellent company highly recommended by healthcare providers. Used to purchase this at my local naturopathic school and love the product. Their vitamins are high quality, with high absorbability.
B doses are much more reliable and effective than the cheaper brands. The entire list of ingredients is superior to most b complexes. This brand of b vitamins makes me feel great!
Cons
They were discolored and dark in patches. It appears that the shell of the gelcaps are too thin.

I reallyyyyyy hope the company doesn’t switch to gelatin capsules to save money as that would be a total bummer gelatin is a migraine trigger some of their other items have gelatin
