I take this for flare-ups with my fibromyalgia and it works wonders. Gaba is great to help me get to sleep and keep my anxiety down during the day. Gaba helps with menopause related nightmares and anxiety.

    Although the general consensus on the internet seems to assert this amino acid molecule is too big to diffuse into the blood brain barrier and increase output of gaba as a neurotransmitter what i feel now isnt a placebo
