Pros

I use it for a specific purpose to stop my smoking cravings. Saved my life.

It also helps with glutathione production. Helped alot as a mucolytic.

The 2023 capsule content consists of fine white crystals. The label on the bottle now lists other ingredients as the gelatin capsule, cellulose, and calcium laurate.

Note that i do have a dry throat in the morning, which is better than the alternative phlegm buildup due to allergy symptoms.

I purchased this brand of nac because i use their b-complex (which has worked well for me).

I’ve tried other nac, but nothing comes close to this one.
