Ive tried dosages ranging from 100 400mg of various coq10 brands such as enzymatic therapy smartq good now foods 200mg pretty good400mg did not like jarrow so so pharma nord good kirkland didnt feel like they did anything at all and natures bounty felt like the kirkland brand

I read that this was the brand they used in studies at nih i believe but was too afraid to try them because of the price
