Quality
This is a fairly low power cpu, i use it with the gigabyte ga-b85n-phoenix motherboad.
Great little processor, works a charm in my gaming rig alongside an nvidia gtx 960 gpu.
People truly underestimate these processors , but they are built for gaming and destroy ryzen and i5's and equal i7's in most games.
Price
This isn't the best processor in the world but is very good for an i3 and the price.
Bought this for a cheap pc build, very impressed by the performance and the price!
Packaging/appearance
Delivery was even sooner than advertised and packaging was exactly as i'd expect.
Competitiveness
They can still compete with modern cpu's which are more expensive.
Excellent chip for price handel's gaming and every day tasks as expected still better than some amd chips in same price range
Due to hyperthreading, this cpu will still do well in games that would normally require a quad-core processor as it has two virtual cores.
I have an evga gtx 1050ti and i'm able to play a majority of the newest games on high - ultra and the fps stays above 30.

During fitting the socket cover plate seemed more resistant than i have experienced on previous occasions which left me reaching for the instruction manual to double check that it should pop out automatically as the closer bar is engaged

For gaming though where most games are graphics card intensive this cpu is ideal and will comfortably suit anyone looking to game at the coveted 1080p 60fps

On games that are more cpu bound such as crysis 3 you will see a drop off in frame rates to the 20s depending on the graphics card you use and ingame settings applied
