If you don't have the budget for a gpu, it's better to go with a amd ryzen processor.
If you get a good deal in used market for gpu, then go for gtx 1060 6gb variant.

Make sure u know what youre looking for this cpu requires a discrete or separate gpu to be installed into the pcbmotherboard without a discrete graphics card u will not get video output
