If you flash the bios make sure to go to the intel site and download the integrator toolbox

It will download the bios and tell you how to install it

You can also download the new bios copy it to flash drive remove cmos clear jumper and restart the computer with the flash drive plugged in of course

When it is done it will tell you to replace the jumper where it was and then you can reset the bios with the new version to the same settings you had with the old
