Pros

Under esx i have 2 ports teamed and the other 2 setup as pass-through devices for vms to use directly. This one is intended to run the vsphere/vcenter 7. Not cheap but works with esxi 7.

Using the nic in a dell r610 server that's loaded as a checkpoint firewall. This specific nic is the only nic that's officially supported by checkpoint.

I want to see how it handles gigabit wireguard speeds. Perfect for smb3 multichannel support. Great for xpenology setup. Using it with 4 port teaming for my nas build.

To disable it, you have to download the intel boot agent software, which i did, but it doesn't work with this card.
