I purchased this card, and i am very happy with it.

Windows xp would only partially recognize the board but the supplied driver on the cd that came with the nic installed with no problems.

After using most economy nic's in the industry, netgear,linksys disappoint with the realtek chipsets.

Price

There are better nic cards for servers but for a client pc it is fine and the price is right.

Same network card but big difference in price.

I used these in a x86 mikrotik installation and i got consistent 975 mbps half duplex udp, try that with the other brands.
