I purchased this item because the feet on my fan broke which was causing all sorts of overheating problems for my machine

I installed this unit yesterday and while i think the mounting design is an abomination it does work fine

On a hot day i would have to turn on my ac all day or the temps would go up to about 70 or 80 and the fan would be so loud i would have to wear headphones just to drown the sound out

The pins slowly broke one by one over the years after regular cleanings and finally a couple days ago the last 2 did

I ordered this item and after i paid for it it dont tell if its a 3 or 4 pin connection

There is no copper core as my original had and as might be expected it does not cool as well
