    I got a new bag of lavender from amazon refilled it after washing it and sewed the end back up

    I have used it around my neck to alleviate some tension but because it doesnt get very hot i wouldnt recommend to get this for that reason alone

    My only complaint is that it doesnt actually get very hot even when put in the microwave for longer than recommended it only feels slightly warm coming out
