Pros
Lavender scent is mild - perfect amount of scent without being overbearing. My 5 yr old great granddaughter loves the red panda.
Cons
This panda is still a headache. He has a big tear right on one of the seams where his leg connects to his body. Since the mend— we keep finding the seam coming undone in other spaces. I am past by return window and this product is now useless.

Ps: we tried the unicorns back in 2020 and they were not the same quality, just a heads up.

My mom loved it and was absolutely worth the price
Packaging/appearance
However, it had a huge hole/rip in the neck that i didn't notice when i first took it out of the box and wrapped it up for her.
They were boxed up for the warmer months, but used often 1 or 2 times per day once the weather cooled.
Competitiveness
I do wish there is a non lavender option, but it seems hard to find in any brand.
Bought the same ones at tjmaxx, for a cheaper price and the quality seem to be same.

The scent with these has always been a little weird to me and they don’t warm up enough to effectively battle menstrual cramps which are both reasons are why i prefer rice packs
